Alterdeco USA LLC accepts product returns within a maximum of 30 days after purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Customers must contact their sales representative for authorization and instructions.
- Within 1 to 15 days: A 5% administrative fee will be applied.

- All returned products must be in their original condition with packaging and labels intact.
